Egyptian stars Amr Youssef and Mohamed Mamdouh are returning for a sequel to their star-studded film “Shaqo” (Brothers).
Director Karim El Sobky, scriptwriter Wissam Sabri, and producer Ahmed El Sobky are set to return for the follow-up.
The original film debuted earlier this year during the Eid Al-Fitr movie marathon.
The cast also includes Yousra, Dina El Sherbiny Amina Khalil, Abbas Abul-Hassan, Mohamed Gomaa, Walid Fawaz, and more.
“Shaqo” marked the seventh collaboration between Youssef and Mohamed after the 2013 TV series "Niran Sadiqa", the 2015 TV series "Zarf Esswed", and the 2016 TV series "Grand Hotel".
They also worked together on the 2016 film "Kedbet Kol Youm" and the 2015 "Welad Rizk" franchise.
