Lebanese-Colombian superstar Shakira made a surprise appearance on Friday during Bizarrap set in the Sahara tent at the Coachella Music Festival, where she announced her "La Mujeres Ya No Lloran" world tour, launching later this year.

The pair performed their hits “La Fuerte” and “BZRP Music Sessions, Vol. 53.”

Shakira joined the set about half an hour into his gig, suddenly appearing behind him, wearing a fiery red-orange dress and giant aviator sunglasses, on an elevated platform.

The platform gradually lowered as she sang and joined him first behind the decks, and then joyfully worked the front of the stage, even walking down to the very edge to wave to fans.

The music paused for a moment and she spoke to the audience in Spanish and English, announcing their forthcoming tour — and revealing the meaning behind the message she’d teased earlier in the day “La loba se viene” (the wolf is coming).

The message appeared on the screen behind the stage as she announced the tour, which read the “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour,” reflecting the name of her new album.

“Thank you for inviting me, Bizarrap. To be honest, it is amazing to be here with this crowd and with you, who’s my friend and colleague. Today, I cannot contain myself, I have to tell you something,” Shakira said.

She added: “Biza, I am going on tour. I am finally going on tour! Starting here this November, this year in this city. I can’t wait. I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you.”

The "Whatever, Whenever" singer also took to social media to announce the news, saying: "So stoked to finally announce that LAS MUJERES YA NO LLORAN WORLD TOUR is happening! Can’t wait to be back on stage partying and celebrating with my wolfpack! 🐺Dates coming up soon - register for info / pre-sale access now! Auuuuuuuuuuuuuu! #LMYNLWT."

Shakira recently released the 12th studio album, “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran” (Women Don’t Cry Anymore).

The album is the international pop star’s first full-length LP in seven years and the follow-up to May 2017’s "El Dorado", which featured collaborations with Maluma, Nicky Jam, Prince Royce, Carlos Vives, and more.

Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran's title nods to Shakira’s most quoted line in her and Bizarrap’s Latin Grammy-winning “Music Sessions Vol. 53,”.

“Making this body of work has been an alchemical process,” Shakira previously said in a statement. “While writing each song I was rebuilding myself. While singing them, my tears transformed into diamonds, and my vulnerability into strength.”

“Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran” consists of 16 tracks, eight new songs and a remix, including seven previously released singles: “Music Sessions Vol. 53” with Bizarrap; “TQG” with Karol G; “Te Felicito” with Rauw Alejandro; “Copa Vacía” with Manuel Turizo.

Shakira takes fans on a healing journey with songs including “Última,” “Cómo Dónde y Cuándo” and “La Fuerte,” another team up with Bizarrap.

The set includes collaborations with other artists, such as Rauw Alejandro (“Cohete”), Cardi B (“Puntería”) and Grupo Frontera (“(Entre Parentésis)”).

Previously released songs that are also part of the album are “Copa Vacía” with Manuel Turizo, “Monotonía” with Ozuna, “El Jefe” with Fuerza Regida, and the sweet “Acróstico” with her sons Milan and Sasha.
