Senegalese national team arrived at Cairo International Airport on Friday ahead of the 2019 African Cup of Nations.
The Lions of Teranga, led by Liverpool star Sadio Mane, headed to Ismailia governorate to resume their final preparations for the showpiece tournament.
They will play their last friendly game against Nigeria on Sunday, June 16, then they will head to Cairo to begin their mission in the AFCON.
Senegal, pooled in group C alongside Kenya, Algeria, and Tanzania, will begin their mission against Tanzania on Sunday, June 23 at Air Defense Stadium at 19:00 CLT.
It is worth mentioning that Aliou Cisse head coach of Senegal announced his 23-man squad for the 2019 AFCON, which includes some prominent players such as Liverpool star Sadio Mane, Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly, and Crystal Palace midfielder Cheikhou Kouyate.
