The Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, at the ministry's headquarters in Riyadh to discuss the close relations binding the two countries.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the two sides also discussed the latest regional developments, the US-Iranian negotiation process, and the efforts of both nations to support security and stability.
Furthermore, they emphasized the importance of ensuring freedom of maritime navigation in the Arabian Gulf, in addition to exchanging views on a number of issues of common interest.
