Saudi Arabia's interior ministry announced on Saturday that beginning next Saturday, travellers from all countries who have taken one dosage of the COVID-19 vaccine will be allowed direct admission. The travellers would be quarantined for three days, according to the ministry, according to Reuters.
On Saturday, Saudi Arabia revealed two COVID-19 deaths and 29 additional illnesses.
There were 11 new cases in Riyadh, seven in Jeddah, two in Madinah, and two in Makkah, according to the report. A new case was reported in several more cities.
After 40 more patients recovered from the illness, the total number of recoveries in the Kingdom grew to 538,824.
So far, the virus has claimed the lives of 8,832 persons throughout the Kingdom.
To date, the Kingdom has delivered about 47.2 million doses of a coronavirus vaccination.
