The Evelution initiative concluded its activities in the historic Saqqara area, marking a prominent cultural and social event that blended artistic expression with community impact. The event featured strong Russian participation and was attended by a distinguished group of public figures and influencers, all supporting women’s empowerment.
Dr. Vadim Zaychikov, Director of Russian Cultural Centers in Egypt, took part in the conference sessions, emphasizing the depth of cultural ties between Egypt and Russia and the importance of expanding cooperation in community-driven initiatives, especially those focused on women.

In his speech, Zaychikov highlighted that the Russian House in Cairo and Alexandria has served for over 60 years as a hub for cultural dialogue and knowledge exchange, with a strong focus on fostering women’s creative potential and encouraging their active participation in cultural and artistic fields.
The event welcomed notable attendees including artist Shalimar El Sherbiny, director Khaled Youssef, human rights lawyer Nehad Aboul Komsan, Major General Tarek Mahdy, poets Hesham El Gakh and Gamal Bakhit, and businessman Atef Wassef, along with representatives from the Ministries of Health and Youth & Sports, the National Council for Women, and several charitable organizations.

Spanning five days, Evelution activities took place across multiple venues, including Cinema Radio and The Factory, featuring a rich program of panel discussions and workshops addressing key social issues, particularly women’s rights and empowerment.
The initiative also included diverse artistic and cultural activities such as a visual arts exhibition with Russian participation, film screenings, and strong engagement from youth and volunteers, fostering meaningful dialogue and interaction.

Organized by Artistic Lamasat, led by Nermeen Shams, the initiative aims to create a platform that bridges art and social awareness, contributing to sustainable impact on women-related issues.
The closing ceremony reflected the initiative’s success, with organizers مؤك emphasizing that Evelution marks the beginning of ongoing community work and international collaboration, strengthened by the valuable Russian cultural contribution.
