The official Syrian news agency (SANA) said that two explosions took place earlier today, Wednesday when a van of the Syrian army was passing near President’s Bridge in Damascus, the capital city of Syria.
The news agency revealed in a primary count that the two explosions claimed the lives of 13 people and wounded three others.
It pointed out that sappers of the army could dismantle a third explosive planted in the same place as the two explosions.
