Samah Jarrar Crowned Miss Arab World 2022

 Jordanian Samah Jarrar was crowned Miss Arab World 2022, as she was chosen from among thirteen Arab beauty queens in the Arab world and Europe; in a ceremony in Egypt that included the celebrities, and stars of the Arab world.

Up to 13 Arab countries contestant competed in the competition; to bring one queen and four runner-ups. Moroccan Yasmine Zarhan won Miss Arabs for Peace, while Halima Al Balushi from Oman won the title of Miss Arabs for Tourism.

As for the Syrian Nour Radi, she won the title of the first runner-up, the Emirati Maryam Muhammad won the second runner-up title, while the Algerian Rania Shtouh won the third runner-up. Moreover, Iraqi Yasmine Daria snatched the fourth runner-up.

Belgian-Syrian Zina Selim won the title of Miss Arabs Europe 2022, while Sanaa Idris, a French-Algerian, won the title of first runner-up for Miss Arabs Europe, and Dalida, a Belgian-Moroccan, was the second runner-up.

President of the Competition Hanan Nasr stated that the casting was held in Europe, but the coronation was held in Egypt to support tourism, which is one of the main goals of the competition; besides cultural exchange between Arab countries.

The queens were crowned by Tunisian Shurouk Al-Arfawy, Miss Arab Tourism 2021.

The outfits were presented by the fashion designers Mahmoud Ghaly, Sayed Gendy, Diaa and Marwa from Libya.

The jewelry designer Marwa Shaheen, presented the crown of Arab beauty queens, while the makeup was done by Egyptian artists Sherif Abdeen, Manar Sabry, Hazefa, Tarek Saad, Tamer, Suzy Wahba, Magdy, Beno and Samar Qased, and from Libya, Hanan Al-Khudairi and Samia Mohamed.

The coronation night also saw several performances from Singers Mohamed Abbas, Iman Abdel Aziz and Salma Adel, and Morocco's Naima Sayori. 

The jury included the star Ahmed Shaker, the singer Mohamed Abbas, the journalist Lily Shandul, the star Camelia Ward, the journalist Hanan Hussein, the businesswoman Elham Selim, and Doctors Omar Rashad, Michael Sami, and Esraa Rasool.
