Salma Hayek, Pedro Pascal, More Make TIME’s 100 Most Influential People List of 2023

Time magazine unveiled Thursday its annual "TIME 100 Most Influential People of 2023'' list and Salma Hayek, Pedro Pascal, Michael B. Jordan, and Colin Farrell were featured on it.

The list also includes US President Joe Biden, King Charles III, Syrian-born swimmers and activists Sara Mardini and Yusra Mardini, supermodel Bella Hadid, billionaire CEO Elon Musk, pop queen Beyonce, and Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan.

The magazine honors 100 individuals each year in its iconic list. The list was first published in 1999 and features notable authors, comedians, sports stars, and other influential figures. 

Nominations are secured from Time 100 alumni and the international writing staff. The final list is exclusively chosen by Time editors. There is also a commemorative gala held to celebrate the list of winners.
