Saied, Macron Discuss Nice Terror Attack, Bilateral Ties

Tunisian President Kais Saied and his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron discussed on Sunday the Nice terror attack, as well as bilateral ties over a phone call, according to Sputnik News agency.

In a post on "Facebook', the Tunisian presidency said that Saied expressed his condemnation of all forms of violence and terrorism.

'There is no room for doubt that some parties want to destabilize many societies," Saied said, adding, "Islam has nothing to do with such terrorists."

Moreover, the two presidents also discussed the issue of illegal immigration and the solutions that must be reached together to address this issue.

It is worth mentioning that, three people dead and several others injured as a result of a mass stabbing that took place near the Notre-Dame church in Nice, France, Thursday morning.
