Sink, who began her career playing the lead role in “Annie” on Broadway, is fresh off her first Tony nomination for her starring role in the play “John Proctor Is the Villain.”
She broke out as Max Mayfield in “Stranger Things,” a role she will reprise for the final time in the show’s upcoming fifth season later this month.
“John Proctor Is the Villain” recently announced a West End run at the Royal Court Theatre next spring, though the cast has not yet been revealed.
Jupe gained prominence for his roles in “The Night Manager” (2016) and “The Undoing” (2020), before breaking out in “A Quiet Place” in 2021.
He is currently starring in Chloe Zhao’s “Hamnet” alongside Paul Mescal and Jessie Buckley, which is heavily tipped for Oscars glory.
The show’s creatives include set and costume designer Hildegard Bechtler, lighting designer Jon Clark, sound designer Tom Gibbons, and video designer Ash J. Woodward.
Further casting for “Romeo & Juliet” will be announced soon. The casting directors are Julia Horan, CDG and Jim Carnahan, CSA.
