Murad Gatin Congratulates Prof. Ahmed Zaied on Becoming BA Director

Russians send their warmest congratulations on the occasion of Professor Ahmed Zaied’s inauguration

Director of the Russian Cultural Centers in Egypt Murad Gatin congratulated Professor Ahmed Zaied on his inauguration as the Director of Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA).

This week, Gatin, sent a congratulatory letter to Bibliotheca Alexandrina, on the occasion of Professor Zaied’s inauguration as its new manager.

“I was absolutely delighted to hear of the appointment of Dr. Zaied as the new Director of BA and we are looking forward to further cooperation with the BA in light of President Abdel Fatah El-Sisi and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin’s initiative of Year of Humanitarian Exchange Between Egypt and the Russian Federation,” the message read.

He concluded the letter by writing, "I wanted to convey my very best wishes for continuing success to Dr. Zaied and the board of BA."
