Dubai is set to host the first edition of the international cultural festival Russian Seasons Arabia on 27–28 November 2025, uniting leading figures from Russia and the Middle East across the fields of culture, art and business, according to TV BRICS.
The TV BRICS International Media Network will serve as the event’s global media partner.
The festival, to be held at Alserkal Avenue, will feature exhibitions by Russian and Emirati artists, artisans, and designers, alongside business discussions exploring trade cooperation, market dynamics, and export opportunities between the two regions.
Daria Matsievskaya, President of the Russian Seasons project, said the initiative aims to strengthen not only cultural exchange but also business partnerships. She noted that the festival will present a holistic image of modern Russia as a center of creativity, innovation and artistic achievement.
Goodwill Ambassador and festival speaker Laila Rahhal El Atfani highlighted the Middle East’s historic role as a crossroads of culture, economy, and ideas. Artist Ruslan Gudiev added that the festival serves as a living bridge between Russia and the region, demonstrating that art remains a universal language that transcends borders.
Since its inception in 2015, the Russian Seasons festival has evolved into a major international platform celebrating art, design, and contemporary creative industries. Its program regularly includes exhibitions, professional forums, and competitions supporting emerging talent from across the globe.
