Egyptian actress Rogena is teaming up for the first time with her daughter, director Maya Ashraf Zaki on her next TV series.
The drama titled, "Mofagat Saara"("Pleasant Surprises"), is set to screen during the Ramadan 2026 drama marathon.
Rogena participated last Ramadan with the TV series "Habsa Omri".
The cast also stars Amr Abdul Gelil, Ali Eltayeb, Mahmoud El Bezzawy, Sayed Ragab, Mohamed Radwan, and more.
The series consists of 15 episodes and hailed from director Mai Mamdouh and scriptwriter Mahmoud Ezzat.
Born on April 16, 1973, Rogena graduated from the High Institute of Dramatic Arts.
She is best known for her roles in TV series like “Yawmmeyyaat zowg mo’aasser", "Layaly Al-Helmiya S5", "Hoanem Garden City S2", "Ma Sabek El Asrar", "Hekayet Hayat", "Kalam Aala Wara", "Halet Eshq", "Bin El Sarayat", "Baad El Bedaya", "Al Tabbal", "Al-Ostora", "Kafr Delhab", "Al-Toofan", "Al Prince", "Kayd Al Hareem", "Inhiraf", and "Settohom".
On the film side, Rogena starred in "Al Maseer" and "El Farah".
