The Supreme Council of Antiquities decided, on Wednesday, to extend a complete exemption from paying the rental value to all cafeterias and bazaars in museums and ancient sites till the end of October 2020.
In its last meeting chaired by Dr. Khaled Al-Anani, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, the Council announced this important decision.
Dr. Mustafa Waziri, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities, confirmed that the decision comes within the efforts of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities to mitigate the economic effects resulting from Corona virus (Covid-19) crisis.
