The 63rd birth anniversary of veteran Egyptian actor Talat Zakria was observed on Monday.
The late actor is widely regarded as one of the finest Egyptian comedians of all time. Born in 1960, Zakria cemented his place as one of the top most actors in the Arab world pretty early on in his career.
His versatility, skill, wit, and charm earned him many fans worldwide, who love his performances in films like ‘Ga'ana AlBayan Eltaly’ and 'Said El Atefy'.
His famous films include"Haramiyyah fi Tayland, Harim Karim, Sayyad Elyamam, and Tabakh Raies.
In 2005, Zakaria made his breakthrough when he played his first leading role in the film Haha w Tofaha, starring the famous Egyptian actress Yasmin Abdulaziz.
Throughout his career, he played light roles in plays ‘Du Re Me Fasolia’ El-Boubou ‘War'a kol Magnon Emra'a’ and ‘Kahyon Rabah Mellion’, and Sokar Hanem.
He has also had roles in several television series like 'Mabrok Galak Ala', 'Mn Ghir Ma'ad', 'El Arraf', and 'Super Henedy'.
He died on Oct. 8, 2019, due to inflammation of the brain but the actor's legacy is inspiring everyone.
