Egyptian actress Rehab El Gamal has recently joined actress Eman El Assi's star-studded TV series “Beraghm Al Qanun” (Despite the Law).
It also stars Hany Adel, Farah Youssef, Mohammad Al Qass, Jory Bakr, and more.
The project marks El Assi's first lead role in a drama and hails from director Shadi Abdel Salam and scriptwriter Naglaa El Heddeeny.
“Beraghm Al Qanun” is produced by Egyptian Arts Group and is slated to screen during the off-season.
Born on April 20, 1974, El Gamal made her acting debut in the 1998 TV series "El Masdawiya".
Her TV credits also include "Imraa Min El Saeed El Gowwany", "Al Prince", "Touba", and "Beit Al Refai".
In 2009, El Gamal starred in the controversial film "Ehky Ya Shahrzad", which won her the Best Young Actress award from Alexandria Film Festival.
She is famous for her roles in films such as "Lelyt Hana w Sorour", and "El Eskandrany".
