Egyptian actress Reem Moustafa will collaborate with actor Akram Hosny in a new comedy series, which is produced under the working title of “Maktob Alaya”.
It also stars Amr Abdul Gelil, Ahmed Amin, Ayten Amer, Hanan Sulieman, and others.
The series is written by Ihab Blibl, director Khaled El-Halfawy, and produced by Karim Abu Zekry.
It marks a reunion for Moustafa, Hosny, and Amin, who collaborated on the 2018 hit TV series "AL Wasseya" (The Will).
“Maktob Alaya” is set to debut in the Ramadan 2022 drama marathon.
On the other hand, Moustafa is set to star alongside actress Ghada Adel in the play “Fi Nos Al Lel” (in the middle of the night).
The play marks Moustafa’s stage debut and also stars Hassan El Raddad, Mohamed Abdel-Rahman, and others.
“Fi Nos Al Lel” is set to premiere at the Riyadh season in Saudi Arabia next December.
Moustafa is also teaming up with Adel in numerous projects such as films “Mummy’s Group” and “Ahl al-Kahf”.
They will also collaborate in the star-studded TV series “The Eight“.
The series also stars Asser Yassin, Khaled El Sawy, Hesham Selim, Mahmoud Al Bezzawy, Mahmoud Alaa, Mondher Rayahneh, Mustafa Al-Banna, Waddah Swar, and Khalid Saqr.
“The Eight” is written by Turki Al-Sheikh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), and directed by Ahmed Medhat.
