Former Egyptian President Mohamed Hosni Mubarak passed away yesterday at the age of 91, after a long battle with the disease.
The medical report issued by Al-Galaa military hospital revealed that the late president's death came as a result of a "Toxic Shock Syndrome" (TSS).

The TSS is a rare complication that affects a person as a result of a certain type of bacterial infection, which is "streptococcus".
This disease affects people at any age, especially women after their menopause.
So here are some early warning signs of TSS:
1-Strong headache that won’t go away
2-Inexplicable rash on the palms and soles of your feet.
3- Red eyes along with a red mouth and tongue
4- You could also be feeling agitated and irritable, and may develop hallucinations.
5-Vomiting and diarrhea
It is worth mentioning that, the Egyptian presidency issued an official statement yesterday, mourning the death of the late President.
“Mubarak was one of glorious October war heroes, as he served as air forces commander during this war which restored the Arab nation’s dignity and pride,” the statement read.
Moreover, the presidency expressed its deep sorrow and sincere condolences to Mubarak’s family.
In addition, it also declared a three-day mourning period over his death, starting from tomorrow.
