The premiere date and first look at Egyptian actress Rania Youssef's TV series "Rouge Aswad" have been unveiled.
The drama hails from director Mohamed Abdel Rahman Hamaki and is produced by Mamdouh Shaheen.
Along with Youssef, the series also stars Dalia Moustafa, Ahmed Gamal Said, Mai Selim, Lekaa El Khamissi, Farah El Zahed, and more.
"Rouge Aswad" is set to screen on the "Al Nahar" TV channel during the Ramadan 2026 drama marathon.
Youssef participated last Ramadan with "Ahl Al Khattaya," "Jareemat Montasaf Allil," and "Nos Al Shab Esmo Mohamed".
Youssef, born on December 1, 1973, worked as a model before launching her acting career. She made her acting debut in the 1993 TV series "Mermaid".
Her TV credits include "El Haramy", "Mamlaket Eblis", "El Ansaa Farah 1", "Kaeno Embareh", "Afrah El-Qobba", "Sabaa' Arwah", "Leila", "Ayoon Al-Qalb", "Elsabaa Wasaya", "Niran Sadeeka", "Khatout Hamra", “Ahel Cairo”, "Harb Al-Jawasis", “A’ilat Al Hajj Metwaly”, and “Al Nisaa Qadimat”.
On the film side, Youssef is also best known for her roles in "Haflet Montasaf El-Leil", "Alzheimer's", “Reklam”, “Sarkhat Namla”, “Wahid Saheeh”, and "Cabaret".
