Dr. Wasim al-Sisi, who is well known for his argumentative articles, made a critical case for opposing the Egyptologists in his latest article, "I am God's chosen man."
In his article, he referred to Osiris as a messenger from God, adding that it might have been the Islamic prophet Idris who taught the ancient Egyptians how to cultivate lands.
"We are used to his articles that are totally baseless about ancient Egypt and contradict with history and religion. Thus, the recent article was not a surprise," Sherif Shaban, a maven Egyptologist said.
Responding to his misleading article, he denied any link between Osiris and Prophet Idris, saying “Of course, there is no link. The argumentative writer Wasim speaks without evidence, yet I used linguistic and archaeological evidence."
The Egyptologist said that Wasim has misquoted or misused the holy Quran. "Dr. Wasim speaks without evidence."
He also accused him of manipulating with the name of Osiris, who is the god of fertility, agriculture, the afterlife, the dead, resurrection, life, and vegetation in ancient Egyptian religion.
In the same context, Shaban affirmed that the research of Nicolas Tesla or Christopher Don on the mysteries of the Great Pyramids cannot be cited as an example.
"Despite the fact that the pyramid is just King Khufu's cemetery and has nothing to do with energy or radiation, Nicolas Tesla or Christopher Don claimed that the Great Pyramids of Egypt are giant transmitters of energy."
