American rapper Post Malone, born Austin Richard Post, is coming to Saudi Arabia later this month.
The rapper is slated to take the city of Riyadh by storm on Friday, November 17.
The gig is held as a part of the Riyadh Season 2023 and marks the rapper's second time performing in the country. He presented last in December 2022, as part of the MDLBeast Soundstorm lineup.
The concert will be held at the newly constructed Kingdom Arena, which is expected to be a key element for the fourth edition of Riyadh Season.
Post Malone is known for his unique blend of genres, including hip-hop, pop, R&B, and trap. He has sold 95 million singles and 13 million albums in the US alone.
Creating his first mixtape at the age of 16, "Young and After Them Riches", the rapper started off his career in a heavy metal band and later transitioned into softer rock and hip-hop.
He rose to fame after the release of the music video for "White Iverson", which hit a million views after a month. The single draw the attention of Mac Miller and Wiz Khalifa.
Afterward, Post Malone signed a recording contract with Republic Records and went on to work with rap legends such as 50 Cent, Young Thug, and Kanye West.
Tickets for the event are now on sale via the webook website and start at SAR100 for general admission and go up to SAR300 for the lower grandstand.
