Polish Poradnik Restauratora magazine highlights traditional Egyptian dishes

Under the title of “Tourism and Cooking in Egypt,” Poradnik Restauratora magazine, specialized in Polish national industry and culinary art, published an article in which it shed light on the traditional Egyptian dishes. It also praised the quality of the level of tourist services provided in hotel facilities in Egypt, pointing out that according to the report issued by the Polish Central Statistics Office on tourism, Egypt is one of the tourist destinations that Polish tourists prefer to spend holidays in and visit frequently because of its diverse and different components, products, tourism styles and ancient civilization.

The article indicated that Egypt was able to make use of the period of the Coronavirus pandemic and its aftermath to develop the already existing hotel facilities in addition to establishing new hotel facilities that are characterized by modernity and luxury and meet health and food safety requirements.

The article also noted that many hotels in Egypt have obtained certificates of their implementation of the requirements for environmentally friendly green practices, which is what the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities focuses on through its strategy.
