Pearl Jam's vocalist Eddie Vedder announced that he postponed all his concerts on Tuesday at the Magnolia in San Diego and Thursday at the Youtube Theater in Los Angeles due to a COVID-19 infection, the tour organizers announced.

The postponed re-scheduled shows were announced on Vedder's official Facebook page without mentioning who is the member who contracted the virus.

"We have been following COVID protocols but still had a positive test in our touring party,” the statement read. “The appropriate response is to postpone the next two shows. Everyone, please take care," the statement said.

Pearl Jam's star is currently touring with his new band Earthlings and their last performance was held last Thursday in Chicago.

Previously purchased tickets for both rescheduled shows will be available soon with the new dates, with the availability of the refund for people who could not make it with the new dates.
