Egyptians expats who have registered their data on the National Elections Authority (NEA) website in 124 foreign countries, begin on Monday to print ballot papers in the second stage of parliamentary elections.
The Egyptians abroad would vote through these ballot papers and then send them to the headquarters of the Egyptian diplomatic missions during voting days.
It is worthy to note that the elections committees abroad receive letters during the period from Wednesday 9 am to Friday 9 pm according to the local time of each country.
The second stage of the elections will be held in 13 governorates: Cairo, Qalyubia, Menoufia, Dakahlia, Gharbia, Kafr El Sheikh, Sharqia, Damietta, Port Said, Ismailia, Suez, North Sinai and South Sinai.
