Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is scheduled to visit Russia's capital, Moscow next November 23, according to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Riyad Al-Maliki.
"During his visit, Abbas will hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin," Al-Maliki added.
Moreover, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed the upcoming meeting.
