Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have finalized their divorce, closing the chapter on their 19-year marriage.
The Academy Award-winning actress and the country music star, both 58, entered into an agreement that was filed in court on Tuesday, just three months after Kidman officially filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.
According to court documents, Kidman and Urban have agreed neither would pay child support, citing reported monthly incomes exceeding $100,000 each.
They also agreed that all property — including investments, bank accounts, household furniture, appliances, vehicles and personal items — will be divided by mutual agreement, with each retaining what is currently in their possession.
Additionally, all alimony and spousal support claims were waived, and they are responsible for their own legal fees and expenses.
Regarding the parenting plan for their daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15, Kidman and Urban are required to "behave with each other and each child so as to provide a loving, stable, consistent and nurturing relationship with the child even though they are divorced."
"They will not speak badly of each other or the members of the family of the other parent," the agreement states. "They will encourage each child to continue to love the other parent and be comfortable in both families."
Per their agreement, Kidman's home will be Faith and Sunday's primary residence, who has them for 306 days out of the year.
Meanwhile, Urban was granted 59 days out of the year, with their daughters allowed to spend every other weekend, from 10 a.m. on Saturday morning to 6 p.m. on Sunday evening, with him.
Both parents have joint responsibility for major decisions regarding their daughters' lives.
The "Big Little Lies" star and Urban, separated after 19 years of marriage in September 2025.
The celebrity power couple began living apart in early summer, with Urban moving out of the family home in Nashville, Tennessee, and acquiring his own residence in the country music capital.
Kidman was opposed to splitting up and has been fighting to keep the marriage intact.
She then filed for divorce on September 30, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
Since her split from Urban, Kidman has been soaking in every moment with her girls.
On Friday, the actress celebrated the new year by sharing a photo on her Instagram Stories, seemingly taken on New Year's Eve, showing her and her daughters from behind as they placed their arms around one another.
One of the girls wore a headband with "2026" on it, as they looked out to the water in Sydney while edited fireworks flashed in front of them. "Looking forward into 2026 xx," Kidman wrote across the image.
