Lebanese superstar, Assi El Hallani will perform live on New Year’s Eve at Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand Hotel, in Lebanon.
The evening will also feature the performance of Melhem Zein and Nader Al Atat.
El Hallani will perform his old and latest songs, including tracks from his new album.
It is worth mentioning that El Hallani, born November 28, 1970, musical career started after he was named the winner in Studio Al Fan, TV program for young artists, at the age of seventeen.
He has released over a dozen albums and is best known for singing “Wani Marek Marreyt”, “Amshi Lihali”, “Malee Saber”, “Ahebbak Gedan”, “Ahla Al Oyoun”, “Shoug Al Sahari”, “Azabounii”, “Bel Arabi”, “Saalouni”, “Ya Memah”, and “Kayed Ozzalak”.
El Hellani studied for approximately five years, from 1985 to 1990, at the Higher Institute of Music in Lebanon, where he focused on the Oud instrument and Arab vocal techniques.
He married his wife, Collette in 1995, and have three children together, two daughters and one son. Maritta Hellani, his daughter, is also a singer.
Earlier this year, El Hellani was a judge on the third season of “The Voice Kids: Ahla Sawt”, the Arabic edition of the German popular talent show “The Voice Kids”, which broadcasted on the “MBC” satellite channel, on January 4th.
The judging panel also included Egyptian superstar Mohamed Hamaki, and Lebanese recording artist, Nancy Ajram.
