HBO Max is set to drop soon its limited series “Love & Death”, led by Elizabeth Olsen and Jesse Plemons.
The cast also includes Lily Rabe, Patrick Fugit, Krysten Ritter, Tom Pelphrey, Keir Gilchrist, and Elizabeth Marvel.
"Love & Death" is based on the true story of Candy and Pat Montgomery and Betty and Allan Gore – two churchgoing couples enjoying their small-town Texas life, until an extramarital affair leads somebody to pick up an axe in 1980.
The seven-episode drama will offer three episodes on April 27, followed by one episode each week through May 25.
Meanwhile, the crime series is written and created by acclaimed TV writer David E. Kelley, creator of many series including "Mr. Mercedes", "The Undoing", "Goliath", "The Calling", "The Lincoln Lawyer", "Big Shot", and "Big Sky" previously.
