Lebanese-Colombian superstar Shakira is returning to the UAE for her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour.

The superstar is set to headline the 2nd edition of Abu Dhabi’s most anticipated genre-blending spectacle, Off Limits Music Festival.

Originally set to take over Etihad Park last April, the festival will now ignite Yas Island on November 21.

The line-up also features multi-platinum pop trio Jonas Brothers and three-time Grammy Award-winning hitmaker NE-YO, alongside Biffy Clyro, KALEO, Scouting for Girls, Toploader, Bayou, Yara Mustafa, and YAZ.

With more artists still to be announced, the genre-spanning programme unfolds across multiple stages with immersive visuals and high-energy production.

Billed as the UAE’s first open-format and largest genre-blending music festival, Off Limits is known for its bold multi-stage setup that fuses music with art, immersive visual design, and cultural experiences.

Shakira began the trek on February 11, 2025, and continues throughout this year.

The tour set a Guinness World Record as the highest grossing tour of all time by a Hispanic artist.

The historic tour grossed $421.6 million and sold 3.3 million tickets across 86 shows. That momentum was recently reflected in her historic performance in Brazil, which drew an estimated two million people to Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro.
