It's been a few years since viewers have visited Beacon Hills and even more since seeing the Nogitsune and Allison Argent, played by Crystal Reed.

Production on the project lasted from March to May of this year and is expected to hit Paramount+ in October.
The revival was in the works in September 2021 with Teen Wolf creator Jeff Davis returning to write and executive produce.
The movie follows a new terrifying evil that emerges in Beacon Hills. The wolves are howling once again, calling for the return of banshees, werecoyotes, hellhounds, kitsunes, and every other shapeshifter in the night.
Scott McCall (Posey) is set to gather new allies and reunite trusted friends to fight back against what could be the most powerful and deadliest enemy they’ve ever faced.
“Teen Wolf” creator Jeff Davis is also returning to write and executive produce the movie.
The project is produced by MTV Entertainment Studios and MGM’s Orion Television.
“Teen Wolf” is an American supernatural TV series developed by Jeff Davis for MTV. It was loosely based on the 1985 movie of the same title. The series debuted on June 5, 2011, and run for six seasons.
The film's trailer later revealed that the evil Scott and company will find themselves fighting is familiar: one of the show's most popular villains, the Nogitsune, has returned. And it's brought Allison with it.
Reed previously told EW, she'll be playing a very "different" version of her character, who originally died battling the Nogitsune in the show's third season.
"We don't even know if she's alive," Reed said about the secrecy surrounding her return. "We're not supposed to tell you if she's even alive or not. That's what we got. She's back but is she alive?".
