Nesma Atallah Crowned Miss Egypt 2020

Nesma Atallah was crowned Miss Egypt 2020, while Virginia Hani won the title of "Miss Grand International" and Diana Hamed was crowned Miss Environment 2020.

Sarah Saber was chosen as the third runner-up, and Maryam Salah came in fourth place.

Kenzi El-Ziny was crowned Miss Teen Girls 2020, while Sarah Reda has been announced her first runner-up, Sandy Salem the second one, and Engy Helmy placed third.

The jury of the competition, headed by Dr. Amal Rizk, selected the winners from among 22 contestants, who were eliminated into 12 contestants in the closing ceremony.

Singer  Dolly Shaheen performed two songs "Fi Andak Nazar- you have insight" and then "Ana Zai A Girl-I am like any girl".

Singer Emad Kamal, who presented Medley for the song of the prince of Arab singing, Hani Shaker Alii Al-Dahkaya-laugh uproar, and the song of the singer Ihab Tawfiq "Danny".

About 350 girls competed for the Miss Egypt 2020 title since last September; many were eliminated during the various stages of the competition that was held under exceptional preventive measures to confront the   Coronavirus ( COVID-19). As a result, the first stages of public participation were empty and were limited to contestants and the jury only.

The conditions of the competition stipulate that the length of the applicant for the title of Miss Egypt must not be less than 163 cm, the weight must be proportional to the height, the age should range between 20 to 29 years, in addition to proficiency in English and her beauty to be natural. She should also enjoy culture and be intelligent.

This year, the casting jury included Dr. Rizk, Lebanese star singer Dolly Shaheen, Nadine Osama, Miss Egypt 2016, fashion designer Ahmed Maghazi, Reem Raafat Miss Egypt 2018, artist Amr Abdel Aziz, Alaa Atef, Miss Egypt 2019, stylist Reham Asem, and Nancy Magdy.

It is worth noting that Dr. Shaheen left the ceremony to express discontent at the arrangements of competition.
