Egyptian actress Nelly Karim is set to reteam up with singer-actress Ruby in a new TV series for the first time in two decades.
The untitled series marks the first collaboration between the two stars in 11 years. They last collaborated on the 2014 TV series "Segn El Nessa".
The project is set to screen in the Ramadan 2025 drama marathon.
Karim made her last participation in the drama marathon with the TV series "Farawla" and Ruby with the 2023 TV series "Hadret El Omda".
Karim, born on December 18, 1974, is an Egyptian actress, former model, and ballet dancer.
She was born in Alexandria, Egypt, to a Russian mother and an Egyptian father. Karim graduated from the Ballet Arts Academy and began dancing ballet at the Opera in 1991.
The actress has starred in many television series such as “Wajh al-Qammar”, “Hadeeth al-Sabah wa al-Masaa”, “al-Houb al-Kabir”, and “al-Bannat”.
