Donia Samir Ghanem is open to returning for season 2 of the 2016 comedy hit TV series "Nelly and Sherihan".
Fans of the singer-actress circulated on social media a video that showed her expressing a desire to collaborate again with her sister, Amy Samir Ghanem.
Donia Samir Ghanem has also addressed inquiries about the possibility of a second season of the hit drama.
"I wish.. Once Amy is free, I will take her to do anything," she said.
"Nelly and Sherihan" achieved great success upon premiere during the Ramadan 2016 drama marathon.
The cast also includes Mustafa Khater, Mohamed Salam, Salwa Khattab, Bayoumi Fouad, Mahmoud El-Gendy, Ahmed Halawa, Mohamed Tharwat, and others.
It also featured cameo appearances by Hend Sabri, Hassan El Raddad, Ezzat Abou Aouf, Hamdi El-Mirghani, and Shimaa Seif.
Ahmed El-Gendy directed the series from a script by Karim Youssef, Mustafa Saqr, and Mohamed Ezz El-Din.
The series follows Nelly and Sherihan who discover that their grandfather's fortune exists. They disagree on everything, except on the necessity of teaming up to solve the mysteries to find it.
