Jordanian actor Monther Rayahnah has joined the cast of Egyptian actor Mostafa Shaban's TV series “Al Moalem".
The series also stars Salwa Khattab, Ahmed Bedier, Sahar El Sayegh, Hager Ahmed, Entsar, Ahmed Fouad Selim, and more.
“Al Moalem" is scripted by Mohamed Elshawaf, directed by Morcous Adel, and produced by Synergy.
The series is based on the 1986 film "Shader El Samk", starring Ahmed Zaki and Nabila Ebeed, and marks the first collaboration between Rayahnah and Shaban.
“Al Moalem" will screen during the Ramadan 2024 drama marathon.
Rayahnah participated last Ramadan with the star-studded TV series “Gaafar El Omda”.
The series starred Mohamed Ramadan, Mai Kassab, Eman El Assi, Zeina, Menna Fadali, Hala Sedki, Ahmed Dash, and others.
It was scripted and directed by Mohamed Sami and marked Ramadan and Sami’s fourth collaboration after the 2020 TV series “Al Prince”, the 2016 TV series “Al-Ostora”, and the 2017 film “Jawab E'teqal”.
Born on 8 April 1979 in Irbid, Rayahnah started acting while studying at Yarmouk University, where he was a student of television and theater directing.
He graduated in 2004 and went on to star in several television series including “Akher El Forsan” (The Last of the Knights), “Khalid ibn Alwalid,” and “Al Igtiyah” (Breaking and Entering).
Reyahna also starred in Egyptian TV productions like “Khutoot Hamraa'” (Red Lines) and “Al Aqrab” (The Scorpion).
He landed his first lead role in a film in the 2013 film “Garsoneira”, starring Ghada Abdel Razek.
