Egyptian actress Mona Zaki will not participate in the Ramadan 2026 drama marathon.

Sources close to Zaki say that she has opted not to participate in the drama marathon due to her focus on filmmaking and commitment to several new projects.

This will be the actress' third consecutive year to step away from the drama marathon.

Zaki made her last participation in the drama marathon with the 2023 TV series “Taht El Wasaya”.
