Egyptian actor and comedian Mohamed Saad is making a comeback to the big screen after five years of absence. The untitled project is produced by Ahmed El Sobky.
Saad made his last onscreen appearance in the star-studded film "El Kenz 2" in 2019.
Hassan, an Egyptologist, sets out to find the treasure his father has buried in Bashir Al-Katatni's mansion. However, he struggles with his personal problems along the way.
The cast also includes Mohammad Ramadan, Hend Sabry, Amina Khalil, Ahmed Rizk, Ruby, Sawsan Badr, Haitham Ahmed Zaki, Ahmed Hatem, Noha Abdin, Abdel Azziz Makhyoun, Gamil Barsoum, and more.
Sherif Arafa directed the sequel from a script he co-wrote alongside Abdul Rahim Kamal.
Saad, born on September 14, 1968, began his acting career with a small role in the 1992 TV series "Wa Mazal El Nile Yagri", followed by several small roles in several films including 1993's "Al-Tareek Ela Eilat".
He received his breakthrough after playing the role of Lambi in the 2000 film "El Nazer".
