Egyptian actor Mohamed Ramadan teased fans on Wednesday with a new mysterious project.
“Do you want a series?” he wrote on Facebook.
Ramadan did not reveal any details about whether he will appear in a commercial, a program, or as a guest star in a TV series.
The cryptic post comes after his previous post in which he said: “Episode by episode.”
Ramadan’s followers flooded the comments expressing their strong desire for him to be present during the Ramadan 2026 drama marathon, other puzzled about the nature of the project.
The 37-year-old star last participated in the drama marathon with the 2023 TV series "Gaafar El Omda," which succeeded greatly during its premiere time.
In July 2024, Ramadan announced his plans to steer away from TV productions to focus on making films.
“Making many TV shows is harmful to the artist. The more they increase, the more they become like fat in the body," he said at the time. "Many stars such as Ahmed Zaki, Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, and Adel Emam, do not have a large TV series credit,".
Ramadan added, "I decided to focus on cinema, and I have great TV credits such as Gaafar El Omda, Al-Ostora, Zelzal, and other successful series."
