Egypt's Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Population (MoH) represented by Egypt's Medical Hajj Mission in Saudi Arabia, inaugurated their first clinic at Al-Qaswa Towers Hotel in Holy Makkah.
The new clinic will help the Medical Hajj Mission and its staff conduct examinations and dialysis sessions for nearly 16,000 Egyptian pilgrims this year, according to a joint statement recently issued by the Ministry of Tourism and MoH.
The clinic's headquarters is equipped with modern medical facilities, sufficient stocks of drugs, and adequate medical supplies, in order to provide appropriate treatments to Egyptian pilgrims, the statement noted.
The new clinic will host educational and health awareness seminars for Egyptian arrivals during the Hajj season, in coperation with officials from the tourism companies organizing the trips.
