Moderate Weather to Prevail across Egypt on Sunday

Experts of the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predict moderate weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, northern coasts, and northern Upper Egypt, during daylight hours on Sunday.

Meanwhile, hot weather will prevail in southern Upper Egypt and South Sinai.

Meteorologists predict that light to moderate rain in some areas of Lower Egypt such as Beheira, and Kafr El Sheikh.

The experts also predict that moderate rain is expected in some areas of South Sinai and the northern coasts such as El Sallum, Marsa Matruh, Siwa, and Alexandria.

Meanwhile, moderate rain will prevail in some areas of the eastern coast and the Canal cities such as Damietta and Port Said.

They also predict that cold weather will prevail in Lower Egypt, western coasts, northern Upper Egypt, and Cairo, which may experience light rain by a 20% chance.

On the other hand, the eastern coasts and South Sinai will see pleasant weather, while a more moderate climate will prevail in southern Upper Egypt.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 28C in Cairo, 27C in Alexandria, 26C in Marsa Matruh, 31C in Sohag, 31C in Qena, and 32C in Aswan.

Egypt is currently facing a wave of unstable weather, which is prevailing across Egypt from Tuesday to Sunday.
