Miss Africa 2025, Farida El-Shimi, recently captivated audiences with a stunning new photoshoot set in a studio overlooking the majestic pyramids of Giza.
Exuding elegance and confidence, El-Shimi wore a long, flowing red dress, her wavy hair cascading over her shoulders. Bold makeup highlighted her striking features, complemented by a deep red lipstick that added to her powerful, classic look.
Speaking about her recent accolades, El-Shimi expressed both gratitude and humility.
“Every title I’ve received is a blessing, but also a responsibility,” she said. “These crowns aren’t just for me, they’re for Egypt, for women, and for anyone who dares to dream. Every crown marks a new chapter, but my journey isn’t about collecting titles. It’s about breaking barriers and proving that Egyptian women can rise and shine anywhere in the world.”
El-Shimi also shared a heartfelt message for young girls: “Your dreams are not too big. Your voice is not too loud. Your light is not too much. If you believe in yourself, you can achieve anything.”
Farida El-Shimi has earned several prestigious titles throughout her pageantry career, including Miss Arab World Egypt 2023–2024, Miss North Africa Egypt 2024, and most recently, Miss Africa 2025–2026.
