Continuing his series of professional meetings during his official visit to Madrid, Mr. Sherif Fathy, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, met with officials from Edelweiss Airlines. The primary focus of the meeting was to enhance joint cooperation and increase tourist traffic to Egypt from various European markets where the airline operates.

Strategic Expansion: The airline outlined its future operational plans, expressing a strong desire to increase flight frequencies from European hubs to Egyptian destinations.
Domestic Connectivity: A major point of discussion involved expanding domestic flight routes to link diverse tourist spots. The goal is to integrate Cultural and Leisure (Beach) Tourism, such as connecting Luxor with Sharm El-Sheikh and Alexandria with Siwa Oasis.
