Dr. Ahmed Fouad Hanno, Minister of Culture, made a surprise inspection tour to a number of cultural heritage sites.
He visited the National Circus in Agouza, where he listened to the suggestions of some of its staff, and stressed the need to lift waste around the circus, to be an entertainment interface befitting the ancient history of the Egyptian circus.
This was followed by a visit to the Balloon Theater, where the Minister was briefed on the latest ongoing preparations for the artistic works scheduled to be displayed in the coming period.
The tour also included a visit to the Salah Jaheen Hall, where the minister met with a number of young artists and listened to their ideas and proposals for developing artistic and cultural work.
The minister concluded his tour by visiting “Al-Ghad Theater,” affiliated with the Artistic House of Theater and “Al-Samer Theater,” affiliated with the General Authority for Cultural Palaces.
