Veteran Egyptian actress Mimi Gamal has recently joined the cast of actress Ola Ghanem's TV series "Toha".
It also stars Ahmed Badir, Intisar, Abed Anan, Donia Al-Masry, and others.
The series is directed by Mohamed Al-Naqly and is set to screen in the Ramadan 2023 drama marathon.
Principal photography is set to begin on December 15.The series mark's Ghanem comeback to the small screen after six years of absence.
She participated last in the drama marathon with the 2017 TV series “Zel el Raees”, starring Yasser Galal and Hana Shiha.
Gamal can be seen in the TV series "Qanon Kdim" and "Akher Dor".
The acclaimed actress, born on May 27, 1941, starred in over 500 films, television, and stage productions. She began her acting career as a child in the 1953 film "Aqwa mn Al-Hob".
