Veteran Egyptian actress Mimi Gamal has recently joined the cast of the star-studded film “Feha Eh Yaani”.
The cast also stars Ghada Adel, Maged El Kedwany, and Mohamed Abdel Rahman.
Filmmaker Omar Roushdy is directing the pic from a script by Sherif Nagib.
“Feha Eh Yaani” marks the second collaboration between the duo after 2019's film "Nadi El-Regal El-Serri" (The Secret Club of Men).
Gamal was last seen in season two of the TV series "Kamal Al Adeed Plus One".
The cast also starred Dina El Sherbiny, Sherif Salama, Esaad Younis, Aya Samaha, Ahmed Kamal, Ahmed Gamal Saeed, Gihan El Shamashergy, Amr Gamal, and more.
Khaled Al-Halafawi directed the series from a screenplay by Yousry Taher and Rana Abu Al-Rish.
Season two of "Kamal Al Adeed" consisted of 15 episodes and was screened during the Ramadan 2024 drama marathon. It depicts the beloved couple, Ahmad and Layla, welcoming a new child and the chaos they face as handle life shenanigans.
Gamal, born on May 27, 1941, starred in over 500 films, television, and stage productions. She began her acting career as a child in the 1953 film "Aqwa mn Al-Hob". She was married to Egyptian actor Hassan Mostapha. They married in June 1966 and had two daughters. Mostapha died on May 15, 2015.
