British actress Millie Bobby Brown's Netflix fantasy movie "Damsel" will not be premiering until next year.

Following reports that the movie would not have its original October 13 release date, the giant streamer confirmed that the pic will indeed be released in 2024.

Netflix has shared a new poster for its Geeked Week showing Brown in character as she stands at the entrance of a cave, with the shadow of a dragon looming.

The streamer added that the teaser trailer for "Damsel" is set to arrive on Saturday, November 11.

The official synopsis reads: "A dutiful damsel agrees to marry a handsome prince, only to find the royal family has recruited her as a sacrifice to repay an ancient debt. Thrown into a cave with a fire-breathing dragon, she must rely on her wits and will to survive."

"Damsel" also stars Robin Wright (House of Cards, Beowulf), Shohreh Aghdashloo (The Expanse), Nick Robinson (Jurassic World), Ray Winstone (The Departed, Black Widow), Brooke Carter (The Peripheral), Mens-Sana Tamakloe (Inception), Sonya Nisa (Red Rose), and Rui M Tomas (Lusitânia).

Oscar-nominated Juan Carlos Fresnadillo directed the pic from a script by Dan Mazeau. Joe Roth and Jeff Kirschenbaum will produce under their Roth Kirschenbaum Films banner.

Executive producing alongside Brown (who is under her PCMA banner) are Mazeau, Zack Roth, and Chris Castaldi. Orchid Productions Ltd is also listed among the production companies for the project.
