The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce has unveiled its class of 2026 for the Hollywood Walk of Fame, a diverse lineup of 35 famed individuals set to receive their stars on the iconic boulevard.
This year’s honorees include a mix of multi-generational talents who have left indelible marks on their respective industries.
The musician, actors and sports persona are among the most notable names on the Hollywood Walk of Fame class of 2026 list.
Honorees were chosen across five varying categories, including motion pictures, television, live theatre/live performance, recording and sports entertainment.
In the Motion Pictures category, a powerful roster of actors is set to be celebrated. This includes screen legend Demi Moore, critically acclaimed and fan-favorite Emily Blunt, and the undeniable star of his generation, Timothée Chalamet.
They are joined by other notable names such as Rami Malek, Rachel McAdams, Marion Cotillard, Stanley Tucci, and more, including posthumous honors for director Tony Scott and special effects artist Carlo Ramboldi.
The Recordings category will see global music icon Miley Cyrus receive her star, a testament to her dynamic career spanning pop, country, and rock.
She’ll be honored alongside beloved acts like Air Supply, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Josh Groban, Angélique Kidjo, and Lyle Lovett, among others.
From the world of Television, the class includes familiar faces like Gordon Ramsay, Sarah Michelle Gellar, and Noah Wyle.
Meanwhile, NBA Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal will be the sole honoree in the Sports Entertainment category for 2026, marking his towering influence beyond the basketball court.
The selection process, overseen by an independent committee of former Walk of Famers, emphasizes professional achievement, longevity, and contributions to the community.
This year’s diverse class reflects the ongoing evolution of Hollywood, recognizing artists whose work has resonated globally and across various forms of entertainment.
These stars will be cemented into the legendary boulevard, forever surrounded by the icons who have inspired and entertained generations.
“We are honored to welcome you to the Walk of Fame Class of 2026,” the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce wrote on Instagram Wednesday.
After the announcement, Cyrus took to social media to share her excitement for the news. The Grammy winner posted a video of herself on the Walk of Fame that was shot as part of her Something Beautiful film on Instagram, where she wrote that she was “Honored to be receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.”
“When I first came to LA from Nashville as a little girl, my family would stay at a hotel on Hollywood Blvd, and I would go on late night walks with my dad when no one would recognize him,” she wrote. “To now be cemented on this legendary boulevard, surrounded by the icons who inspired me, feels like a dream. This moment will live forever, thank you to everyone in my life who made it possible. I am grateful to share this star with you.”
