Reports suggest Florida State Police were escorting Messi, but his car went straight and crossed the red light traffic. But, thankfully, the other drivers were alerted in time.
According to Argentine TV channel TyC Sports, via Marca, there are no confirmed details about who was driving the car, but it is believed that Messi was inside it.
Their footage captured for the incident showed a white car driving through the traffic lights and narrowly avoiding various collisions while entering the outside lane.
Inter Miami will unveil Messi next Sunday in a massive event that would see the presence of Shakira.
