Egyptian actress, Menna Fadali has recently joined the cast of actor Hassan El Raddad's new TV series “Mohareb" (Warrior).
The cast also includes Ahmed Zaher, Maged El Masry, Mahmoud El-Bezzawy, Salwa Osman, Haggag Abdulazim, Nour Mahmoud, and more.
The series is scripted by Mohamed Sayed Bashir, directed by Sherry Adel, and produced by Ahmed El Sobky.
“Mohareb" sheds light on important social issues and reflects on the daily lives of the simple people of Egypt.
It sees El Raddad playing Aziz Mohareb, a microbus driver of Upper Egypt origins, who is exposed to many challenges and problems.
“Mohareb" is set to screen during the Ramadan 2024 drama marathon.
Fadali particapted last Ramadan with the season one of “Gaafar El Omda”, which was one of the most-watched TV series during its premiere.
The series also starred Mohamed Ramadan, Zeina, Mai Kassab, Eman El Assi, Hala Sedki, Ahmed Dash, and others.
It was scripted and directed by Mohamed Sami and marked Ramadan and Sami’s fourth collaboration after the 2020 TV series “Al Prince”, the 2016 TV series “Al-Ostora”, and the 2017 film “Jawab E'teqal”.
On June 13, the TV series has been renewed for season 2.
The opened up, as the actor's series usually do, with great tragedy: a kidnapped child, accidental killings, time in prison, and enemies galore, etc, as part of the package that comes with Gaafar, a rather fit 50-something real estate mogul living in El Sayeda Zeinab.
He is still trying to find his missing son and is fighting off his enemies right, left, and center.
Ramadan never fails to deliver his tried and true formula — fight scenes, sweet-talking the women, and doling out justice on family members who have a tendency to betray him.
