While this is Fox and Kelly’s first baby together, the "Transformers" actress shares three other children — Noah, Bodhi and Journey — with her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green.

Kelly also shares a daughter, Casie, with ex-partner Emma Cannon.

Shortly after announcing in November that they were expecting a baby, Fox and Kelly, called it quits on their relationship.

The "Subservience" star announced on Instagram on November 11 that she was pregnant with her fourth child, sharing a photo of herself holding her baby bump while covered in black liquid.

She wrote at the time, “Nothing is ever really lost. welcome back 👼🏼❤️,” referencing song lyrics from Kelly’s 2022 song “Last November,” which was about their past miscarriage.

Fox has also been open about her pregnancy loss, telling Good Morning America in 2023, “I’ve never been through anything like that in my life. I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately … trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’”.
